DR. DON REY JUAN
CHIROPRACTOR & FOUNDER
“The approach is a product of trying to integrate the influence of some amazing hands on body workers from chiro to osteo and massage therapy, with a rehab and training lens that is performance oriented based on lessons learned from some of the industry leaders.
The idea isn’t to impose upon anyone a paradigm that doesn’t align with what they’re seeking. We’re here to connect, care and serve. So having a framework that is flexible and scalable is paramount because it lets me meet the person where they are.”

ESSEN CHAVEZ
REGISTERED MASSAGE & FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPIST
“19 years as a Special Needs Educator taught me patience, empathy and gratitude. Those are lessons I’ve carried into the last 7 in the health & fitness industry, both as a trainer and now as a therapist. For me, it all starts with meeting people where they are and catering care in a way that keeps them informed and engaged.
Though I’m not in education anymore per se, I want to continue helping people and be a part of showing them how strong they can be, while working towards pain-free living + longevity.
Blending FST with manual therapy has been a lovely way to connect and educate folks about their body. It’s a natural evolution from my skillset as a trainer because of how we view the body as a system and not just the sum of its parts. Now I can blend both ends of that active-passive spectrum to help people reach their body’s full potential!”

ADAM LU
PHYSIOTHERAPY RESIDENT
“Playing sports from a young age naturally exposed me to the world of physio. I had great experiences with them early on and the work they did helping me get back to what I love was huge. Being disconnected from things we love often challenges our sense of self. Having had great experiences getting back to sport and other things I love left a lasting impression on me. I’m trying to bring that same energy to ÜNDA.”
Pronounced, 'oon-duh',
which translates to ripple or wave.
The intention behind ÜNDA is to create a positive ripple effect towards all aspects of our lives. Whether that is physical or mental, internal or external. I believe that growth in one area should facilitate the potential for growth in all areas.
